While installing the laminates leave a gap of 5X16” from the wall. But if you don’t leave a gap, this too may cause buckling after installing laminate flooring. And then you should place wood or plastic spacers to make sure that you lay all squares in proper order and maintain uniform space all along the wall. When you get to door areas, trim the boards and use a little wood glue to hold them together properly.

Last but not least, during the whole installation process, your surface should be flat and even and if there are devices trapped under the flooring, make an effort of removing them.
